ITIL The course has nothing directly related to the AIP to do. There are 2 or 3 days, in which one's be taught principles of ITIL system. Much Bullshit Bingo, but interesting nonetheless. As an IT infrastructure is being planned? Until the detail here can I plan, manage, throwing English words around.
The test is approved by TÜV Süd and is multiple choice. The questions asked are quite tricky. Attention, 60% must be achieved, I think. The certificate is then ITIL Foundation v2 (or v3, depending on which version).
